Delivery time
- We prepare and pack all orders within 3 working days to ensure your items are quickly dispatched.
- Standard delivery takes approximately 5–9 working days, depending on your location.
Every order includes a tracking number, so you can follow your package from our warehouse all the way to your door. We will keep you updated at every step so you always know exactly where your order is.
Shipping and delivery methods

Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you can track it on our website. There is also a link in your order confirmation to track your order, so you can follow your package during transit.
NOTE: If the delivery cannot fit through your letterbox, it will be left at your door.
Delivery issues
- Customs duties: If you incur customs duties on your purchase, we will not cover the cost. If your package does not arrive within the specified time frame, please contact our customer service team so we can assist you with tracking your order.
